Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental U.S. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

You can update your shipping address by logging into your TEKKOAUTO account and editing your profile information. If your order has already been placed, please contact us immediately at [email protected] — once your order ships, we cannot modify the address.

After your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and carrier link. You can use this link anytime to check the latest delivery updates.

Sales tax is applied based on local state and federal regulations. The final amount, including any applicable tax, will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Returns and Exchanges

We’re very sorry for the mix-up! Please email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the item received. We’ll arrange a replacement or return as quickly as possible.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to [email protected]. We’ll review your case and send a replacement or refund promptly.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) email with the correct return shipping address and instructions. Please do not send items back without authorization, as they may not be processed.
